Description:
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive to join our team and drive sales of our premium line of scrubs and uniforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with key accounts, managing sales pipelines, and increasing revenue by effectively selling our products to healthcare institutions, medical professionals, and businesses in need of uniforms. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target new business opportunities within the healthcare, medical, and corporate sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as hospital administrators, clinic managers, and business owners. Conduct sales presentations and product demos to clients, showcasing the benefits and quality of our scrubs and uniforms. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the brand.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the apparel, healthcare, or uniform industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively. Experience organizational sales tracking tools. Knowledge of the healthcare or medical industry is a plus. Ability to travel as required to meet with clients.
